This is a summary for international customers. The legally binding version is the French CGV/CGU.

Services

ECU Performance provides custom ECU tuning files and related automotive electronic services. Each file is prepared individually from the customer’s original (ORI) read.

Delivery

MOD files are delivered within 1 hour maximum during file service opening hours (Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00, Paris time), after ORI upload and valid payment.

Payment

Secure card payment via Stripe. Professionals may use ECU tokens (1 token = 1 EUR).

ORI backup

Original files are archived — stock restore available on request.

Deactivations (DPF, EGR, AdBlue…)

Intended for track, competition or export use only — not for public road use where prohibited by law. Customer is responsible for compliance with local regulations.
